PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY

General Comments

Going through a divorce is often very difficult both emotionally and financially. The collaborative approach makes the divorcing process less painful, far less destructive and is more solution oriented than traditional courthouse approaches to the divorcing process. My clients usually get far better results from the collaborative process than are available from traditional litigation oriented approaches.

Areas of Emphasis

High net worth complex divorce cases and complex custody cases. Premarital agreements.
