PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY
General Comments
I am a seasoned attorney capable of handling all aspects of family law cases, from complex property cases, to highly contested custody cases. However, I have seen through the years the damage that has been caused by lengthy litigation. I am a strong proponent of collaborative law and believe it is a superior means of achieving family law conflict resolution and is the best method to minimize the damage caused in the restructuring of families.
