PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY
General Comments
Since 2004, my practice has been limited only to Collaborative Family Law. To practice only Collaborative law was an easy decision because the basic principles of the Collaborative process are consistent with my personal values and beliefs. Divorce is a difficult life transition for families who experience it, and I have a duty not to inflict more harm or damage on an already difficult situation. The Collaborative process encourages respect, promotes efficiency, maximizes options and minimizes harm and is the best option available to most divorcing couples and their families.
