PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY

General Comments

I believe that our job, as family lawyers, is to provide clients with the opportunity for a smooth transition from being married to being single. The adversarial system does not serve this need. Collaborative Law provides a much-needed alternative process for navigating the emotional and financial territory in which clients find themselves during divorce.

Areas of Emphasis

Collaborative Law, Mediation
